🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy – KittKatt Casuals

We currently offer exchange only. Returns and refunds are not available.

1. Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
• Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

Please include your order number and reason for exchange. KINDLY MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO FOR EXCHANGE IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT.

Once approved, you can either:

• Ship the product to us yourself, or
• Request a pickup (₹150 pickup charge)

After we receive the item, we will dispatch the replacement if available. If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Product Exchange Options

Customers may exchange their item for:

• The same product in a different size
• The same product in another color
• Another product of equal or higher value

If the selected product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.

Products of lower value are not eligible for refund of the remaining amount.
